The following terms and conditions apply to the use of an Art of Living Retreat Center (AOLRC) Gift Certificate.
BY PURCHASING OR USING THE GIFT CERTIFICATE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HERE.
Use
When your gift certificate is purchased, the available balance of your gift certificate will be the activated value of your gift certificate. This available balance will be reduced by each purchase until your gift certificate balance reaches zero. Your gift certificate will automatically terminate when it has a zero balance, and any future purchases will be declined. If your purchase amount exceeds the available balance of your gift certificate, you must combine the use of your gift certificate with another form of payment accepted by AOLRC.
Use Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, your gift certificate is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. AOLRC reserves the right to cancel a gift certificate if it believes that the gift certificate was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means.
Program Restrictions
AOLRC Gift Certificates cannot be used on Art of Living advanced programs (E.g., Deep Dive Into Silence, Blessings Course.) Please contact Registrations prior to purchase if you have questions.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Certificates
Please safeguard your gift certificate’s number and the 800 number located in the gift certificate email in the event you need to report a lost, stolen, or damaged card. Without the identification number and the original purchaser’s name, your gift certificate cannot be replaced, nor can any remaining balance on your gift certificate be transferred to a new gift certificate. Replacement value will be the value of the gift certificate at the time you report the loss, theft, or damage.
Balance inquiries
You should keep track of the available balance on your gift certificate. You may inquire about the amount of the available balance of your gift card by calling the 800 number on the certificate. You are required to know your gift certificate number and the original purchaser’s name to access this information.
Expiration Date and Fees
Your gift certificate will expire three years from the issuance date. You may obtain your expiration date by calling the 800 number on the certificate and providing both the gift certificate number and the original purchaser’s name. Your gift certificate has no activation, dormancy, or other fees associated with it.
Changes
AOLRC may change the terms of, or add new terms of use at any time without giving you prior notice. Please visit our website prior to each use of the gift certificate to view the most recent information.

All terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina, notwithstanding any conflict of law rules.
