Natalie has led 9 retreats and 12 workshops over the last 7 years. She uses material from her years of study and application in yoga, meditation, energy healing, interpersonal psychology, coaching and Ayurveda.
She is trained in the tradition of Hatha yoga and uses Vinyasa, held poses, pranayama, meditation and energy principles throughout. Her classes take a non-traditional turn through laughter, tapping, shaking, dancing, noise and other techniques she’s picked up along the way.
