Yoga is not about the poses so many will tell me.

Be compassionate with your body when the symptoms of aging or sickness occurs and your body doesn’t move as it once did…

Use the hatha yoga practices to reflect your mind, to witness how what you’re saying to yourself and how you treat your body actually becomes how you talk with other people and how you treat other people…

Use the yoga practice to develop self-awareness, and use the postures of yoga to train your postures in life—your living yoga practice.
