5-Minute Tai Chi Flow for Beginners

Sometimes even 15 minutes for your Tai Chi practice is a luxury. But don’t worry—you can still get the same benefits even if you only have five minutes. This is a perfect beginners Tai Chi exercise. Just follow along with what you see.  Also, I was in one of my favorite parks—Peninsula Park in Portland, OR. (It’s the original Rose Garden from the early 1900’s—the rose garden that started Portland on the path to being the City of Roses.) And the sun was stubbornly hiding behind the clouds and wouldn’t come out!
