Pranayama Meditation for Confidence

Yoga instructor and influencer Sara Clark leads you through kapalabhati breath—alternating short, explosive exhales and slightly longer, passive inhales. Exhales are generated by powerful contractions of the lower belly (between the pubis and navel), which push air out of the lungs.​ This cleansing breath can help you release stress and toxins from the mind and body, help release negative emotions, shake off sluggishness, and energize.
