To become your vision requires patience, practice and perseverance.

During Becoming Your Vision you will develop commitment, foster connection and receive the option of on-going support through the year with this one of a kind retreat that helps you stay on the path of wholeness. Whether you would like support with weight reduction, health improvement or releasing procrastination, begin it here and let your vision manifest all year.

Through active meditation, creative visioning and a shift in perspective you will create a new cycle in life and learn techniques to support the change you dream of.

You will walk away with more confidence in yourself to persevere with your own vision, the ability to go into meditation and creative visualization to support your dreams and have an active plan for the next 3-6 months to help you bring your dreams to fruition!

Friday December 29th 2017

5:00 – 6:00pm: Meet for dinner together at the Dining Hall
6:00 – 6:30pm: Art of Living Retreat Center Orientation by AOLRC Staff
7:30 – 9:30pm: Introduction, Housekeeping, Opening Session

Saturday December 30th 2017

9:30am – 12:30pm: 1st Session of the day
12:30 – 3:30pm: Free time to enjoy a range of activities such as hiking, pottery, spa treatments, or simply unwind with a book whilst admiring the vastness of the mountain range
3:30 – 5:30pm: 2nd  Session of the day
7:30 – 9:00pm: 3rd Session of the day

Sunday December 31st 2017

10:00am: Morning meditation
12:30 – 3:30pm: Lunch together and start of afternoon session

7:30pm -10:00pm 3rd Session of the day

Monday January 1st 2018

Sunrise meditation (Optional)
12:30 – 2:30pm: 1st session

5:00 – 6:00pm: 2nd Session

Tuesday January 2nd 2018

8:00 – 11:00am: Closing Session
