Description

A unique opportunity to explore the traditional practice of Dharma Yoga with its founding teacher, Sri Dharma Mittra.

This living yoga master has dedicated his life to the practice and will guide you through all of the techniques which make up this powerful form of yoga. Dharma Yoga is a shortcut to immortality – a comprehensive method which synthesizes the most transformative teachings passed down to Sri Dharma Mittra directly from his guru.

These teachings are firmly rooted in the Yamas and Niyamas, yoga’s ethical rules and traditions, and encompass Patanaji’s Eight Limbs of Yoga – while simultaneously being a refined and modern version of a great breadth of the different styles. In essence, Dharma Yoga is a system of classical Hatha-Raja yoga. A devotional practice that emphasizes good health, a clear mind, and a kind heart. The method weaves together many teachings in order to bring you closer to self-realization. This is yoga you can use for true spiritual development every day.

Suitable for all levels of yoga experience, the weekend will include:

  • Guided Dharma Yoga asana-focused practice
  • Guided meditation and yoga nidra relaxation
  • Potent spiritual discussions

You will take home new knowledge and an embodied understanding of Dharma Yoga, through exposure of the direct teaching of Sri Dharma Mittra.

Yoga Alliance CE credits available.

Open to all levels. Yoga experience is preferable.
