Overview

During this 4 day transformational retreat, you will enter a sacred space of safety and support. Aloha Sistas, Stacey and Pamela, are skilled in the art of holding space in a way that nurtures, pampers, and empowers those who walk through their door. This is an opportunity to allow a gentle unfolding of remembering who you are. Through daily yoga, journaling, meditation, and nature excursions with the application of essential oils, we will incorporate self-care practices for a lifetime of optimal wellness.

This is a call for everyone to honor and embrace their innate wisdom and feel the truth, consciousness, and bliss within themselves, thereby awakening self-awareness, self-love, and self-care. While here, you can expect to unplug your “monkey mind” from the demands of your daily life and devote yourself to Awakening your Essence!

The 4 day retreat will include:

  • Daily Yoga Practices: Integrating several styles of yoga from Iyengar to Vinyasa to Spontaneous to Kundalini.

About the Teachers

We are the Aloha Sistas, Stacey Vann and Pamela Hunter, and we are widening our circles of love with everyone we meet.

Stacey Vann

  • Mother of 5 Boys, Soul-Centered Life Coaching, Doula, Reflexologist & Founder of the Mahabhuta Yoga Festival in Pensacola, Florida since 2012
  • E-RYT500 with Yoga Alliance, yoga teacher and studio owner since 1997, offering 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved teacher training
  • Co-Founder of Galactic Child Yoga offering 95 hour Yoga Alliance approved teacher training
  • Core Faculty for Young Living’s Balance Yoga & Wellness Retreats and top 1% Leader for Young Living
  • Co-Owner of Breathe Yoga and Wellness Center in Pensacola, Florida

Pamela Hunter

  • Wife, Mother of 2 boys in college, Owner of Fun Lovin’ Wellness, Author of Rise & Shine: 6 Master Steps to Get Moving
  • E-RYT500 with Yoga Alliance, kids yoga teacher since 2001 and adult yoga teacher since 2004
  • Core Faculty for Young Living’s Balance Yoga & Wellness Retreats and top 1% Leader for Young Living
  • Internationally respected Integrative Health Coach offering Clinical Aromatherapy, yoga, nutrition, energy, emotions, and love
  • Urban Zen Integrative Therapy Certified Trainer hosting a 300 hour training in Chicago 2018

Pamela and Stacey are also the authors of the recently released Mindful Breathing and Mindful Meditation
