Poornima Sharma
Dr. Poornima is a certified yoga instructor and Health Coach with a Ph.D. in Foods & Nutrition and a special focus on obesity, diabetes, and iron deficiency. As a Health Coach, Poornima has had the pleasure of helping individuals from all walks of life take part in empowerment programs that leverage breathing techniques, yoga, and meditation to reduce stress and promote healthier lifestyles. She is also a RYT-200 certified yoga and meditation teacher with the Art of Living and looks forward to helping people focus on eating well, living well, and embracing mindful living to enjoy both positive inner transformations and outer dynamism.

Kimberly Rossi is the Director of Wellness and Business Development at the Art of Living Retreat Center/Shankara Ayurveda Wellness, one of the top-rated wellness retreat centers in the US. For more than 25 years she has led wellness-based businesses in four- and five-star destinations across the US, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean. She is a gifted teacher and practitioner of Ayurveda, Yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Kimberly specializes in natural weight balancing and health to support women in aging gracefully through menopause and beyond.
Kimberly’s passion and expertise lie in sharing ancient Vedic teachings and crafting practical, easy-to-follow solutions for individuals. She teaches discipline as a practice of self-love and empowers students and clients alike to make positive lifestyle changes that reveal their natural state of being—happy, healthy, and whole.
Kimberly has studied with renowned Ayurvedic doctors in the West, has co-lead women’s health workshops with Dr. Nisha Manikantan, Director of Sri Sri Ayurveda at the Art of Living in Bangalore, India, and has supported over 100 traditional Ayurvedic Cleanses. She is also the co-creator of the Art & Science of Sacred Sexuality, a workshop designed for women of all ages.
Preeti Patel, BAMS
Vaidya Preeti Patel, BAMS, PGPP, RMT, has been in the natural healing industry for more than two decades. She is the director and owner of AyuCure Wellness in Edmonton, Alberta, an instructor at Sri Sri Ayurveda in Montreal, Quebec. Vaidya Preeti specializes in pulse reading and Panchakarma and is a consultation for several Art of Living properties around the world. After graduation in Ayurveda, her interest in healing through touch lead her to specialize in traditional Ayurvedic Panchakarma and Western massage therapies. She helps people globally with her expertise in herbs, home remedies, Panchkarma, breathing techniques, yoga, and lifestyle modifications.
