Presenters
Kimberly Rossi is the Director of Wellness and Business Development at the Art of Living Retreat Center/Shankara Ayurveda Wellness, one of the top-rated wellness retreat centers in the US. She has over two decades of ayurvedic practice specializing in ayurvedic nutrition, weight balancing, cleansing, aging gracefully and naturally through menopause. She has studied with renowned Ayurvedic doctors in the west, and has co-lead women’s health workshops with Dr. Nisha Manikantan, Director of Sri Sri Ayurveda at the Art of Living in Bangalore, India.
Suzanne Sifri is an Ayurvedic practitioner with more than 3,700 hours of academic and clinical training through the California College of Ayurveda. She works individually with clients to treat both acute and chronic conditions in order to bring balance to the body, mind, and spirit. She is a passionate Ayurvedic educator and enjoys empowering others with accessible tools that practically and significantly improve the quality of daily life. Suzanne weaves the wisdom of Ayurveda and yoga together in her work and is a certified hatha and yin yoga instructor.
Medha Garud is an experienced Ayurvedic consultant and has been extensively trained in Ayurveda at the International Art of Living Foundation’s Panchakarma Center and the Sri Sri Ayurveda Hospital in Bangalore, India. Medha trained with the world-renowned Ayurvedic practitioner, Dr Vasant Lad as well as leading Ayurvedic expert Dr Suhas Kshirsagar. She coordinates the Ayurveda and Panchakarma programs at Art of Living’s Shankara Ayurveda Wellness.
Emma Landau is an Ayurvedic Clinician with more than 10 years of study and practice. She received her BSc from Cornell University and her training includes graduate-level studies under renowned ayurvedic physician Vasant Lad, BAMS. She is passionate about educating women of all ages and specializes in metabolic imbalances, menstrual disorders, hormone imbalances, postpartum care, and menopause.

Retreat Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are available (less a $50 processing fee) until you access the course content in our eLearning platform.
- After you have accessed the content, a nonrefundable credit toward a future AOLRC program (less a $50 processing fee) is available if you give notice before the start date of the program. Credit may be applied to any AOLRC program or stay for one year following the date of issue.
- No credit or refund will be given if you cancel on or after the program start date, or if you do not show up or complete the program. No refund will be given if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.
