About the Teacher

Romayne Babcock, E-RYT 200 and RYT 500
Having spent over 25 years working in the fitness industry from Seattle to Colorado to North Carolina, Romayne fell in love with yoga 10 years ago for the mindfulness and balance it brings both on and off the mat. Romayne lives and teaches the ancient sciences of Ayurveda and yoga together to help restore the sacred connection of body, mind, and spirit. She firmly believes that yoga is for everyone and that if you can breathe and feel, you can do yoga. Romayne is an E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 through Yoga Alliance. Outside the yoga studio, she can be found with her husband, 3 teenage daughters and dogs exploring the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.
