  • Explore your inner creativity and calm the mind with mandala building. Optional pottery classes are also available

  • Express your inner freedom through uninhibited dance

  • Become grounded on the earth as you walk one of the many nature trails or simply sit back and enjoy the vastness of the mountainscape from the comfort of the retreat center

  • Nourish body and soul with freshly prepared Ayurvedic meals and tea, or treat yourself to an optional Ayurvedic spa treatment

  • Enjoy a meditative walk through the labyrinth’

You will leave the mountains breathing easier, with a greater freedom and sense of spiritual renewal. You’ll also take home breathing practices to use in daily life for more ease, balance, and connection.
