Choose Your Path - Mountain Bike Adventure

Event Header Image

Eat, rest, yoga, learn, and ride is the mantra of this incredible weekend! Break the monotony of daily responsibilities and be inspired to live life to the fullest both on and off the bike. Grow as an individual and as a rider while having fun with others along the way.

Be encouraged and supported by this dynamic couple, Erik and Kat Danio. Competitive cyclist and outdoor sports adventurist, Erik Danio, will provide vital instruction and real insight on facing obstacles, maintaining perspective in the midst of challenges, and how to embrace lessons learned along the trail. Certified yoga therapist and experienced yoga teacher, Kat Danio, will lead morning yoga sessions to prepare the body for the day ahead and guide the evening relaxation-meditation to restore the nervous system.

Whether you need a refresher or seek deeper proficiency, participants will:

  • Learn cycling skills to progress ride range
  • Apply and practice techniques at nearby Rocky Knob Mountain Bike Park, a 185 acre with over 8 miles of trails containing some of the most beautiful, unique, destination-quality MTB terrain
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the sport and how it relates to life
  • Experience a new level of self-awareness

A basic level of fitness is required for this program. This program is not appropriate for novices or newcomers to the sport; it is designed for riders who have spent some time in the saddle and are familiar with off road/single track riding. Program participants must be 18 years or older.

Regardless of your ability or experience the Cycle of Transformation event provides a path for everyone. If the Mountain Bike Adventure isn’t the direction you seek then register for the Personal Growth Program. The Personal Growth Program offers daytime sessions focused on life purpose and self-reflection as well as combined programming in the morning and evening with participants of the Mountain Bike Adventure. Come alone or, even better, invite friends!

Hurry…space is limited! The first 10 registrants will receive a FREE gift tote filled with goodies valued at over $50.
