Through a deep understanding of transformational concepts, large and small group sharing, journaling, visualization, meditation, and breath work, you will learn how your personal set of beliefs, your “story” is affecting multiple areas of your life keeping you stuck and living different versions of the same problems over and over. Throughout the course of the weekend, you will receive a personal toolbox of strategies and learn how your story can be shifted into a new belief system that leads to life changing shifts, going beyond what you ever felt was possible.

Drawing from her 18 years as an occupational therapist and her 13-year inner journey she shares concepts based in neuroscience and spirituality.
