Angela and Dennis Buttimer, owners of the Atlanta Center for Mindfulness & Well-Being, will offer a blend of teachings and techniques from mindfulness, psychology, sound healing, energy medicine and integrative medicine.

Through a range of mind-body practices, group discussion, personal reflection journaling, energy healing, yoga, meditation, labyrinth walks and mindful hikes, you will learn:
- How to use specific practices to create greater clarity and satisfaction
- Methods for enriching your personal health and happiness
- How to integrate the wisdom of a number of different traditional and modern approaches into your life in order to find fresh insight
You will take home an experiential understanding of the tools used within the retreat, as well as feeling restored, refreshed and renewed.

Presenters
Angela Buttimer & Dennis Buttimer
Angela Buttimer, MS, RYT, CHC, LPC and Dennis Buttimer, MEd, CEAP, RYT, CHC are both certified coaches; professional speakers, consultants and corporate trainers; and registered yoga teachers. Angela is also a psychotherapist. Their work has been featured in various media outlets including CNN and Huffington Post, and their TEDx Talk Defusing Stress with Mindful Mojo is available on YouTube. They have authored two books on mindfulness and are the owners of the Atlanta Center for Mindfulness & Well-Being. They share a passion for encouraging and motivating others to shape their lives in a way that creates happiness and fulfillment.

For room reservations & spa retreats, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
For all other retreats, please be sure to check the registration page specific to that retreat.
To encourage a healthy environment we ask that guest to not consume alcohol or meat in our public spaces, however guests may enjoy these items in their rooms. That being said our property is always smoke-free.
Yes, we ask that guests with food allergies simply inform us so we can communicate those needs to our chef. Typically we label potential allergens such as gluten, dairy and nuts.
