Sharpen Your Most Valuable Traits
If you’ve ever tried to change, you probably discovered that most personal growth feels like a battle between the “old you” and the “new you,” an often exhausting and frustrating fight that feels impossible to win. What if there was a way to grow that worked with your personality instead of against it—a way to discover your strengths and weaknesses and how to leverage them to create strategies for real transformation?
The Enneagram is an ancient personality typing system that helps you understand why you do what you do, identify what is (or isn’t!) working, and map key insights and milestones from both practical and spiritual perspectives. Once we know this information about ourselves, we can more easily change the behaviors we don’t like. Similarly, once we understand others’ motivations, we can offer more empathy and compassion.
Join author, public speaker, community psychologist, and certified enneagram educator Ashton Whitmoyer-Ober for an experiential weekend of discovering your personality type, unearthing your greatest fears and desires, and gaining a better understanding of what motivates you and those around you.
Through group discussions, journaling, creative activities, guided meditations, and mindfulness exercises, you
- Explore the Enneagram system
- Cultivate more compassion for yourself and others
- Learn to better interact and communicate with those closest to you
- Understand how to share this knowledge with others for their benefit.
Participants will take home the knowledge and tools for applying the Enneagram to their everyday life for better relationships, more clarity, and lasting joy.
Open to everyone.
