Caroline Klebl teaches a comprehensive yoga teacher training program to yoga teachers, aspiring teachers and all levels of yoga practitioners. Her yoga teacher training combines high standards of yoga asana practice with the development of teaching skills, which are necessary to introduce students to yoga practice safely and effectively.

Asana practice is the main focus of the course. Additionally, you learn how to meditate, chant the yoga sutras and observe, adjust, and practice teaching yoga poses. Throughout the course, you’ll experience improved strength and flexibility, reduced stress, improved yoga posture practice, and learn new yoga poses.
The practices of yoga and meditation are designed to purify the body and mind and lead to spiritual awakening. By the end of the program, you’ll feel more relaxed, focused, and ready to begin teaching yoga with confidence.
Note This program provides a 50-hour yoga teacher training certificate, which can be applied to 200-, 300- and 500-hour Yoga Alliance–accreditation, as well as Yoga Alliance continuing education credits.
Open to yoga teachers and anyone interested in developing mind-body awareness, reducing stress, and increasing strength and flexibility; all levels of yoga from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Caroline Klebl is an internationally recognized teacher specializing in Ashtanga Yoga; she trained with world-renowned yoga guru Sri K Pattabhi Jois. She has a background in Tibetan Buddhism, Iyengar and Viniyoga yoga, and the studies of Sanskrit, yoga philosophy, and traditional ayurvedic medicine. For room reservations, spa retreats, and Art of Living Retreat Center (AOLRC) signature retreats, we have the following cancellation policy:
- Refunds are available (less a $50 processing fee) up to eight days before your program or stay.
- Nonrefundable credit toward a future AOLRC program or stay (less a $50 processing fee) is available if you give notice between seven and one day(s) before your program or stay. Credit may be applied to any AOLRC program or stay for one year following date of issue.
- No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content. AOLRC reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If AOLRC cancels a program, you will receive a full refund. Some programs may have special cancellation policies; see individual workshop descriptions. For all other retreats, please be sure to check the registration page specific to that retreat.
