You are a Warrior Goddess. It’s time to embrace your power.
This empowering immersive weekend will allow you to embody this feminine energy every day of your life. We will explore the element of fire and its relationship to your energetic body — supporting vibrancy, creativity, and the ability to tap into magic.
Through body movement, dance, group discussion, journaling, one-on-one sharing, yoga and a truly transformative firewalk, you will learn:
- The four critical components for a Warrior Goddess
- How to systematically come back home to yourself over and over even — even when you feel triggered or scared
- How to create a community that adores you for who you are while encouraging you to grow
- How to acquire the five must-haves for owning your Warrior Goddess self: trusting connection, a creative and playful mind, self-compassion, an open heart and the courage to stand with yourself.
- The ancient technique of recapitulation to recapture energy from your past
- Secrets to shield and protect your energy
- Ceremonies to clear out old ancestral patterns and energies that no longer serve you
Each woman will go home with an understanding of her desires and purpose and a new commitment to herself.
Items to bring: a notebook and comfortable clothing. It is recommended that participants read the Warrior Goddess Training book if possible.
Open to all women.
