A longing for a child can turn into heart-wrenching disappointment or it can turn into a life-changer that leads to discovering that you’re more fertile than you ever imagined.

The Fertile Heart® OVUM approach to fertility related challenges is about making sure that you choose the life-changer road over and over again until the day you find yourself holding your child in your arms.

The process is an original mind-body program that emerged through author, Julia Indichova’s personal experience and through her work with thousands of women and families in the last two decades of teaching, researching and writing.

The workshop is suitable for you if you are:

  • looking for additional natural fertility boosting tools
  • taking a break to recharge before choosing your next step
  • prepping for IVF, Egg Donation, Embryo Transfer or other assisted reproduction
  • thinking about adoption

Using visualizations, movement, dream reading, chanting, nutritional guidance and discussion, you will discover:

  • How to honor your own rhythm of healing and separate yourself from the collective hysteria of ‘the last good egg’
  • The true meaning of ‘holistic’ in relation to health challenges
  • How to use the tools of the Fertile Heart Ovum practice to identify physical, emotional and spiritual obstacles to a healthy full term pregnancy
  • How to become your own authority on what is or is not possible for you
  • How to choose treatments that resonate with you
  • The nutritional and lifestyle adjustments for your specific diagnosis and your overall well-being that can enhance conception.

You will go home with an actionable plan and tools to help you approach conception as an enlivening journey of healing.

It is recommended that participants read the latest edition of Inconceivable (Harmony Books 2017) before the workshop. If reading the book is not possible, then please read this article: Unbelievable Hope: Julia Indichova’s Low Tech Infertility Cure.

Julia also asks that you view this ten minute video about the workshop. It will give you a deeper sense of what becomes possible when one commits to the Fertile Heart Ovum Practice.

Open to all people experiencing fertility related challenges.
