Description

Enjoy an uplifting weekend with like-minded women. Explore rejuvenating Ayurvedic self-care practices to deeply nourish body and mind.

Over the course of the weekend, Ayurvedic Practitioner Larissa Hall Carlson will share daily self-care practices to support health, longevity, and radiance.

Through lecture and discussion, practical workshops, guided meditation and Ayurvedic self-treatments, you will:

  • Discover the key principles of Ayurveda — the sister science of yoga, and the oldest natural medicine system in the world — and how they relate to women’s health
  • Learn daily self-care routines (dinacharya), including using a tongue scraper; rose water in the eyes; and the daily clock for aligning circadian rhythms
  • Learn how to practice rejuvenating self-massage, including guided foot massage and massage of limbs (abhyanga)
  • Be guided through body scan relaxation meditation to reduce stress and boost inner peace

You will take home a self-care routine to boost overall health and wellness; including skills for relieving stress, Ayurvedic beauty tips, and a new sense of community with other women.

Items to bring: Comfortable clothes for sitting and lying down.

Open to all women.
