Discover the wisdom of Ayurveda! Use techniques from this ancient holistic medicinal tradition to create a robust self, with greater resilience, intuition, and connection.

You will learn how to draw on the intelligence of nature in order to live a more courageous, compassionate, and harmonious life.

Embrace Ayurveda and its power to uplift life, elevate the everyday and celebrate you.

Through lecture and discussion, nature experiences, visualizations, self-inquiry, meditation and gentle, restorative movement, you will:

  • Use Five Senses guided visualization and experiential practices to learn which of the five elements your constitution most closely resembles

  • Discover your dominant dosha (Ayurvedic body type) and your current rasa bhava (prevailing mood state), to then discern the foods, activities, and daily practices that best support your unique personal wellness

  • Deeply experience the intelligence, radiance, and love of nature — so that you will forever walk the path of your own radiant true nature
You will take home a tailored guide to foods and daily practices that best support your unique vitality; a dosha quiz to share with your family members; and the inspiration and wisdom to live a healthier and awakened life. Items to bring: Warm jacket and layers. Hiking boots if you wish to explore the trails. This program is open to all, and may be of particular interest to health professionals.
