Inner Bonding® offers a unique and profound roadmap to break free from the cycle of shame and self-abandonment that leads to anxiety, depression, addiction, aloneness, and relationship failure. Learn to love yourself and discover how to create an at-will connection with your personal source of spiritual guidance.
“We need to approach our feelings as a loving adult. Your inner child needs to trust you, so you need to be open and compassionate and to really listen. We have to learn to reconnect with our intuition and to honor our feelings rather than squash them. This is what inner bonding is about. Learning to trust your inner guidance. We become our own guru. We access really amazing information.” – Dr. Margaret Paul
Through lecture, experiential exercises, visualizations, journaling, and demonstration, you’ll
- Rapidly discover and release false beliefs about yourself and others
- Move beyond self-judgment into self-compassion
- Let go of life-long addictions
- Confront the resistance that might be keeping you stuck
- Heal relationship conflicts; create the love and intimacy you’ve always wanted
- Access the truth about limiting beliefs and the actions that are loving to you and for your highest good
- Find your passion and purpose.
This powerful, life-changing process is the result of Margaret Paul’s 50 years of inner, personal work, her work with clients, and direct downloads from her spiritual guidance. You’ll take home a step-by-step system to continue healing, a powerful method for manifesting what you want in life, and a new-found appreciation for your health and well-being.
This program is for everyone, all levels of Inner Bonding experience; including yoga teachers, bodyworkers, healthcare professionals, and couples/parents/people looking to discover their passion and purpose.
