In this immersive program, you’ll learn the foundational principles of the INELDA Doula Approach, explore self-awareness, and gain a clear understanding of the signs and symptoms at end of life. Note Participants must complete approximately 10-12 hours of self-paced prework, including videos, journaling, and exercises, prior to the retreat.

Alexander Aldarondo Jiménez is an educator, Janzu water therapist, certified freediver, paramotor pilot, and INELDA-trained end-of-life doula. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he founded AMORir, the island’s first end-of-life doula project, dedicated to supporting individuals and communities through death and grief while promoting a cultural shift toward normalizing and humanizing the end-of-life process. …
