Description
For most the question comes to mind, how can I be more effective? Where can I replenish this source of energy within? The Shakti Kriya allows one to become familiar with and tap into that source of energy. This technique also can help to further one’s Sudarshan Kriya and meditation practice, and to help one move forward in life.
For example, there is an enormous amount of energy in an atom, but only when it can be harnessed is it useful. Shakti Kriya allows one to harness an enormous amount of energy within.
How is it different from Sudarshan Kriya?
It is a different kriya, a different technique altogether. In Sudarshan Kriya, the breath is used to access an inner rhythm and tap into an inner energy. However, in Shakti Kriya, the rhythm of the breath is not used, but one that is much more innate to oneself.
