If we honor the natural rhythm of nature and the body, the season of fall is an invitation to slow down; yet for many of us, things only seem to speed up as we prepare for the holidays and the end of the calendar year.

Release, Relax, Restore is a yoga and life coaching retreat created with ultimate relaxation in mind as you release all that no longer serves you and restore balance to mind, body, and spirit. It’s the perfect 4-day immersion into balance and connection as you listen to the season’s wisdom and re-establish a connected conversation between body and mind.

Through yoga, transformational coaching sessions, meditation, journaling, breath work and self-reflective time, you’ll

  • Hear your highest self more clearly and disrupt your subconscious self-sabotaging patterns with Ontological Life Coaching
  • Experience true mind-body connection with daily yoga practice
  • Tap into your own inner wisdom and creative resourcefulness and begin to thrive on all levels
  • Learn to eat and nourish your body appropriately for this season, guided by the mind-body balancing wellness system of Ayurveda
  • Enjoy free time to walk in the fresh mountain air, nap, and enjoy Ayurvedic spa treatments if you feel called to do so.

You will go home with an increased sense of well-being and awareness of the mind-body connection with tools to take your yoga off the mat and into your life.

Open to all; This retreat includes Ontological Life Coaching which can be a confrontational process and is not appropriate for those within the first year of any addiction or recovery treatment program.
