Are you ready to reconnect to yourself and others in 2021?
Join Kate Doran for a powerful week-long journey designed to help you reconnect with your own physical and mental strength, as well as the power of community.
Isolation and disconnect were a big part of 2020. This spring, you will chart a course for connection and service in the world while igniting your innate potential to live an empowered life.
Gather in community atop the majestic Blue Ridge mountains of Boone, North Carolina. We’ll practice yoga, meditate, hike in the woods, and share delicious vegetarian meals together—developing deep connections to ourselves and others.
Through journaling, experiential exercises, indoor and outdoor group activities, and individual and collective inquiry work, you will develop a more connected sense of self, lifelong friendships, and a solid foundation in the practices of Baptiste Yoga, meditation, and inquiry.
This program is open to everyone in good physical condition.
Participants will earn 20 Yoga Alliance CEUs from YACEP provider Kate Doran.
