Description

Do you feel stuck or unable to move forward with your goals and dreams? Are you experiencing difficult relationships, emotions or behavioral patterns that you make you feel powerless, or at the least, disenchanted? Do you often think: “I just want to be happy,” “I only want to feel better,” or “I know I can do this, but not sure why I’m not?” Author, spiritual teacher, and personal development expert Leah Guy invites you to a powerful self-care retreat that will transform your mind, emotions, and energy system with a complete tune-up. In three days, with three simple steps, you will be able to clear toxic patterns and reclaim your joy.

Many of us are functioning like beautiful classic cars, but running on worn, rusted brakes, and misfiring spark plugs—clunking down the road. This retreat focuses on activating your vibrational frequency and learning to sustain a higher and happier way to live. We do that by releasing emotional imprints and false beliefs that keep us small, insecure, and repetitively attracting situations that match our pain, not our pleasure.

This powerful weekend is symbolic of the phoenix rising as you learn to emerge from the ashes of chaos or catastrophe with even greater power, courage, and wisdom. It is time to stop the pattern, release our dependency on past experience and learn how to carry a different vibration so we can attract what we truly want. Using Leah’s simple method, you will discover how to attract new opportunities, friends, relationships, and actually feel good!

With practical energetic and emotional tools based on her new book Overcoming Toxic Emotions, Leah teaches how to safely and profoundly shift your thinking, deprogram your emotional body, and raise your energetic frequency to a healthier and happier vibration. This shift can happen very quickly, so come prepared to not just talk about changing your life, but be ready to walk away feeling like a new, shiny, centered—and perhaps a little sassy—you. You can finally release those lower vibration addictions to limiting thoughts, self-sabotage patterns, physical and emotional addictions, resentments, shame, and fear.

Once we learn to apply the method, our mental and emotional energetic imprints shift to match the vibration of that which resonates with our soul’s mission. To do this, each workshop session will focus on awakening and attuning different chakra centers. This enlivening practice addresses underlying physical and emotional symptoms and creates a sense of well-being and wholeness.

We’ll move, laugh, resist, open, meditate, write, flow, then resist and open some more. By the end of this weekend, you will have learned how to apply Leah’s practical 3-step method to any situation and shift your energy and perspective within moments. You will have a renewed sense of self with direct understanding and correlation to physical and emotional symptoms that arise in their bodies.

Special Note Private healing or intuitive reading sessions with Leah will be available on Sunday evening and Monday. If interested, please send Leah a private email to book and plan on staying later on Sunday or adding a day to your stay for a Monday session.
