Description

Feeling as though you may be losing touch with your internal compass? By the time you become an adult, many of the decisions you make come from the wisdom found outside of yourself. You look toward other people that seem to know more and have done more, or you begin to make decisions based on fitting in, belonging, and a desire for connection. Somewhere along the way, your internal voice of wisdom fell silent and the only voice heard seems guided by desire and fear.

Join psychotherapist and an expressive artist Marie Celeste to awaken your innate wisdom and power by reconnecting with your true intuition, allowing it to guide you in the decisions you make and relationships you experience. True belonging starts within. Only then can we experience outward relationships that don’t require so much adjusting, bending, and being what others may feel you need to be.

In this program, we’ll use expressive arts, meditation, visualization, and community discussion to explore ways to “unbecome” the things you thought you had to be to feel as though you belonged. You’ll gain

  • A sense of clarity and ease in who you are
  • The ability to set better boundaries in relationships and situations
  • Objectivity and less emotional attachment to things that have happened in the past
  • Greater understanding and compassion for Self
  • Ability to move forward, becoming unstuck.

When you reconnect to your truest self, you feel light, confident, powerful, and ready to embark on exciting new challenges. You’ll go home with the presence to show up fully in your life and a deeply personal, unique piece of art you can use every day to re-center, reflect, and reconnect to your truest self and sense of purpose.

This program is open to everyone.
