Definition of ‘IT’: your ‘stuff’ that blocks you; limiting beliefs; fears; resentments; self-limiting thoughts; past pain; conditioned behavior; emotional triggers, etc.

We are keeping IT real about the Spiritual/Personal Growth Journey, by coming back to the basics….How to turn your IT into SHIFT.

Are you ready to let your IT go, but don’t know how? Are you experiencing the “Same ‘ol story, different characters” on repeat? Feeling stuck in the mud, but don’t know how to get back on the right path? Then your IT is blocking you. BUT, there is another way. A way where you can shift your IT into opportunities. Opportunities to free yourself, to teach yourself, and to grow yourself by:

  • Bringing awareness and recognition to your self-limiting thoughts/beliefs/patterns
  • Clearing and releasing the ‘stuff’ that is blocking you
  • Connect with your internal guidance & See the signs

Are you on a Spiritual/Personal Growth Journey, but have trouble integrating this into your day to day life? Or, are you ready to be but don’t know where to start? Then this is your sign and your time to begin.

One of the tools we will utilize, is the ancient practice of yoga to prepare the mind and body to connect deeply within; specifically vinyasa (morning session), restorative, yin, & yoga nidra (evening session).  This will be for all levels & all bodies with clear instruction and personal assistance.

Traditional Chinese Medicine

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Fall is the season of Letting Go.  As nature shows us, as the leaves drop, the energy of this season will support the work of letting go & releasing what is no longer serving you.

In TCM, we bring awareness to the emotional, mental, and spiritual states and how these effect our overall balance and well-being.  Holding onto our IT, creates disharmony on all levels, stagnation in our energy flow, & even physical symptoms.  This Retreat will provide the opportunity and space to get clear on what is blocking you & how to release IT.
