We all want to make the most out of our lives – but do you know how? If not, you’re not alone. But this workshop will give you the skills to take charge of your life — so that you can thrive.
Two compassionate coaches will help you figure out what you want from the rest of your life, and teach you the tools you need to move forward with intention and love yourself unconditionally.
Using self-assessment, meditation, journaling and affirmations you will:
- Form a clear understanding of your priorities, and identify what brings you joy and contentment
- Identify and release all that is holding you back
- Recognize the important of attitude, learn positive self-talk, and create a personal mantra
- Learn effective meditation techniques for personal growth
- Create a daily self care practice to help you feel your best
- Learn how to connect with your soul and listen to your voice
You will take home a pack of strategies to support your development after the workshop, which will include two sample meditations, ten journal prompts, ten personal affirmations and written guidance on various self care tools. And of course, the inner motivation and inspiration needed to kick-start your thriving life.
