Four days of yoga, healing and community in the serenity of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Prepare to embark on your soul’s journey filled with mindful, breath centered yoga, contemplative exercises, workshops, healing live music, guided meditation and extraordinary community. You will be guided in several daily all levels asana practices that are designed to both strengthen and rejuvenate your mental, emotional and physical bodies. This retreat is a time to realign your being with your life purpose, to connect deeply inward and with others, and to be restored by the beauty and power of nature. You will be guided on this four day journey to help you live more fully and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and of yoga.
Items to bring: Yoga clothing, sturdy shoes, journal and water bottle.
The retreat is open to all levels of yoga practitioners.
Wendy Swanson has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and leading groups for the past 15 years. She is a licensed acupuncturist, yogini, healer and international retreat leader. Her yoga classes are rejuvenating, open hearted, nurturing and soul inspiring. Wendy owns both Be Yoga & Wellness and Starpoint Acupuncture in Charlotte, NC. Wendy is thrilled to share this heart and soul inspiring retreat with you.
