Stay In Touch

Being in the present moment is at the heart of every practice. When we reside in this space, great treasures are revealed. Abundance, creativity and joy are inherent to your true nature.

In this joyful weekend you will begin to play again and take refuge and delight in the deep wisdom of the present moment. Through the enriching tools of meditation, chanting/music, gentle yoga asana (postures), and inspiring discussion you will start to embrace life’s mystery and understand how to thrive in it. With a light and easeful grace, learn the art of simplicity, patience and compassion…with plenty of humor and laughter along the way!

Return home with a more relaxed way of being in the world and an acceptance of its vicissitudes, feeling the inherent joy within.

Items to bring: Notebook, pen and a sense of adventure. We will provide a yoga mat, blanket and a meditation cushion but if you prefer you are welcome to bring your own.

A retreat for everyone interested in exploring the nature of who they are, and a deep sense of adventure. There are no restrictions. The yoga asana being offered is at a gentle pace and is based on the spiritual principle that the gentle always overcomes the hard, and the slow always overcomes the fast.
