Description

Experience profound well-being through the ancient Chinese healing practice of Qigong.

Internationally renowned Qigong master, Robert Peng, will guide you through flowing, meditative movements supported by the wisdom of generations of practitioners. It’s the perfect technique to balance the negative effects of modern life — it will reduce stress and improve your health.

Qigong Empowerments work to activate and harmonize three important energy centers to transform your energy and your experience of life.

Through a combination of active workshops, meditation practices, energetic group healing and discussion sessions, you will learn:

  • How to understand, activate and harmonize your body’s energy channels to help you feel better, communicate more easily, and enjoy vibrant wellbeing
  • Specific techniques including Hologram Palm; Breathing Empowerment; Three Treasures Standing Meditation; Four Golden Wheels; and Lotus Meditation. These techniques combine to create a holistic system for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
  • How Qigong can enhance your experience of the fullness and interconnectedness of life
  • How to use these practices to improve your self-esteem, contentment, and health

You will take home a sense of radiant health and vitality as the healing effects of the practice soothe your body and soul. You will also learn simple tools to use any time so that you can maintain this vitality in the months and years to come.

Open to all. May be of particular interest those in the helping profession.

Robert Peng

Robert Peng is a Qigong master who, as a boy in China, secretly apprenticed under the legendary Buddhist monk Xiao Yao. Yao trained him in the martial and healing arts — a training which included 100 days of meditation and fasting in a dark, underground chamber deep in the mountains of the Chinese countryside. Later, Robert discovered that he had developed spiritual powers — including the ability to transmit powerful energy from his hands. He now offers a distillation of his training in the form of Qigong Empowerments, with the intention of enhancing the well-being and quality of life of his students.
