Overview

The transformative possibilities offered by yoga and meditation are a perfect and necessary complement to anyone on a path of recovery from addiction.

Together with yoga teacher and addiction recovery expert, Tommy Rosen, you will practice vinyasa flow, Kundalini kriyas, pranayama, meditation, and chanting to recognize and move beyond existing habits.

With more than 25 years of continuous recovery, Tommy will share ancient practices and modern techniques to form new, vibrant patterns and habits to thrive in sustained and long-term recovery from all addictions.

You will return home with techniques to add to your recovery toolbox. Including how to build and maintain a daily sadhana, how to incorporate quick tools, and an understanding of where to go for additional support and information when it is needed.

This program is exclusively for those in recovery from addiction, their loved ones, and professionals in the field.

Participants are invited based on criteria set forth by Recovery 2.0, which includes a period of time in continuous recovery and complete abstinence from alcohol and tobacco, no matter what the nature of their addiction(s) have been.

Suitable for beginner to advanced yoga practitioners.

About the Teacher

Tommy Rosen is a yoga teacher and addiction recovery expert who has spent the last two decades immersed in recovery and wellness. He holds certifications in both kundalini and hatha yoga and has 25 years of continuous recovery from drug addiction.

Tommy is one of the pioneers in the field of yoga and recovery assisting others to holistically transcend addictions of all kinds. Tommy is the founder of the Recovery 2.0 Global Community, the Recovery 2.0 Online Conference series and the Recovery 2.0 Group Coaching Program. He leads Recovery 2.0 retreats and workshops internationally and presents regularly at yoga conferences and festivals. His first book, Recovery 2.0: Move Beyond Addiction and Upgrade Your Life, was published by Hay House in 2014.

Tommy and his wife, yoga teacher, Kia Miller, live in California, where they teach yoga and grow organic vegetables in their backyard. More
