If we honor the natural rhythm of nature and the body, the season of fall is an invitation to slow down; yet for many of us things seem to speed up as we prepare for the holidays and the end of the calendar year.

Release Relax Restore is a 4 day life coaching and yoga retreat created for you to experience rest and relaxation, while releasing things that no longer serve you in order to restore balance to the body, mind and spirit. Tap into your own inner wisdom and creative resources to begin thriving on all levels. You will be guided on this journey through deep stretch and chillax yoga, ontological life coaching, Ayurveda, meditation and breath work and encounter the rejuvenating wonder of fresh mountain air, spa services if you feel called, naps, group discussion and journaling.

Return home revitalized, with an increased sense of awareness of the mind-body connection, tools to take your yoga off the mat and into your life, and an enhanced ability to hear your highest self more clearly.

The retreat is for all levels of yoga experience. Men and women welcome to attend. Not recommended for those in their first year of treatment for addiction or eating disorders due to the coaching code of ethics.

Drawing from a skillset of ontological life and leadership coaching, behavioral psychology, counseling/therapy, neuroscience, yoga, and aromatherapy, Jenn tailors her approach to each individual.Her approach is impactful and transformational, which allows her clients to disrupt their (subconscious) self-sabotaging patterns and get out of their own way. Jenn is passionate about serving leaders, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and Corporate Americans.
