This 5-day course is designed to help you manage your emotions, reduce depression, and tame anxiety. The Resiliency Training is built on the sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda. You’ll learn how food, meditation, and the power of breath affect your emotional and mental health, and how you can use these tools to increase your energy, focus, productivity, and well-being. The Meditation and Breathwork courses are taught back to back during your stay. It is mandatory to attend all of the daily sessions.

Denise Richardson is a senior faculty member with Art of Living Foundation and
Project Welcome Home Troops. These are non-profit humanitarian organizations that
provide educational programs in stress management and self development, and
undertake service projects around the globe in the areas of conflict resolution, disaster and trauma relief, empowerment for women, prisoner rehabilitation and organizational excellence.
For over 20 years, Denise has personally taught thousands of people from all walks of life how to use simple breathing and meditation techniques to conquer stress and increase their capacity to bring positive energy into their daily interactions. She has also led programs for people dealing with cancer or depression as well as specialized programs for military veterans.
Denise resides in Connecticut with her husband and two grown children.
