Description

Join seasoned teachers Jennifer O’Sullivan and Stacy Seebart on a week long refuge from the challenges of modern life. Each day of this retreat is carefully designed to cultivate balance and give you the opportunity to truly rest and rejuvenate.

Practices will soothe your overstimulated and depleted nervous system, and connect you with the spark of your own inner wisdom.

You will recover your strength and feel renewed and inspired through daily classes and study, including:

Presenters

Stacy Seebart

Stacy Seebart is an experienced yoga teacher, massage therapist, and educator. Having trained with numerous teachers around the world, she is a senior teacher of Self Awakening Yoga and was on faculty at the Nosara Yoga Institute for 7 years. Her teaching is heart-centered, grounded and transformative, and she holds the highest certifications available through the Yoga Alliance: E-RYT 500, RPYT, YACEP. Jennifer O’Sullivan

Jennifer O’Sullivan has been teaching yoga for nearly 15 years, with an approach influenced by the Nosara Yoga Institute as well as Buddhism Taoism and Spiritual Psychology. She is an endorsed Insight Yoga teacher and mentor in the Insight Yoga Institute. She supports practitioners and teachers your innovative workshops, online courses, and teacher training. Our Clay Studio is open Thu-Sun; Hand-building classes and Throwing classes are available by appt. Clay pieces can be glazed and shipped back as well. Please contact our front desk to make an appointment.

pickup by asking spa reception.

For room reservations & spa retreats, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
For all other retreats, please be sure to check the registration page specific to that retreat.

To encourage a healthy environment we ask that guest to not consume alcohol or meat in our public spaces, however guests may enjoy these items in their rooms. That being said our property is always smoke-free.

Yes, we ask that guests with food allergies simply inform us so we can communicate those needs to our chef. Typically we label potential allergens such as gluten, dairy and nuts.
