Description

Join seasoned teachers Jennifer O’Sullivan and Stacy Seebart on a week long refuge from the challenges of modern life. Each day of this retreat is carefully designed to cultivate balance and give you the opportunity to truly rest and rejuvenate.

 

All Practices offered are focused to guide and connect you with the spark of your own inner wisdom.

Daily classes and study include:

Our intention for you is to emerge renewed, rebalanced and inspired— so the effects of the retreat extend far beyond the final day.

Presenters

Stacy Seebart

Stacy Seebart is an experienced yoga teacher, massage therapist and educator. Her yoga journey began at the Nosara Yoga Institute (NYI) in Nosara, Costa Rica fourteen years ago. Stacy has trained yoga teachers around the world and was faculty of both Kripalu Center and NYI. Jennifer O’Sullivan

Jennifer O’Sullivan has been teaching yoga for nearly 15 years. She is most influenced by Don & Amba Stapleton of the Nosara Yoga Institute and senior Yin Yoga teacher Sarah Powers. Jennifer is an endorsed Insight Yoga teacher and mentor in the Insight Yoga Institute which combines Buddhism, Taoism, and Spiritual Psychology. She supports practitioners and teachers through innovative workshops, online courses, and Yin Yoga teacher training. https://sati.yoga/about/index.html

Our Clay Studio is open Thu-Sun; Hand-building classes and Throwing classes are available by appt. Clay pieces can be glazed and shipped back as well. Please contact our front desk to make an appointment.

pickup by asking spa reception.

For room reservations & spa retreats, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
For all other retreats, please be sure to check the registration page specific to that retreat.

To encourage a healthy environment we ask that guest to not consume alcohol or meat in our public spaces, however guests may enjoy these items in their rooms. That being said our property is always smoke-free.

Yes, we ask that guests with food allergies simply inform us so we can communicate those needs to our chef. Typically we label potential allergens such as gluten, dairy and nuts.
