Join teachers and authors Tracy Latz, M.D., M.S. and Marion Ross, Ph.D. on a revolutionary journey of self-discovery and healing. During this five-day retreat, you’ll explore the roots of your self-sabotaging beliefs and behaviours, and learn tools and techniques to remove those obstacles and invite more love, vibrancy, and happiness into your life.

Learn to create new positive patterns of peace and abundance through mindfulness, energy psychology, positive psychology, affirmations, qigong, connecting with nature, and the creative alchemy of intuitive art.

 

Entura, an intuitive art technique, is taught with meditations for releasing anger, guilt, and shame.You’ll create works that contain inherent wisdom, and that actually provide usable information for self-guidance. No previous experience with art needed!

This technique is particularly valuable for psychics, bodyworkers, and animal communicators looking to build their insight toolbox. Attendees in caregiving positions, such as therapists, counselors, and coaches, will learn approaches to assist themselves and their clients to release self-sabotaging patterns.

 

You’ll leave this retreat empowered to continue your personal transformative journey, armed with the practical knowledge of how to channel your intuitive skills through artwork for yourself and for others.

Both Tracy and Marion have training in transpersonal psychology, mind-body medicine, vibrational healing, medical qigong, and metaphysics. About the teachers

Tracy Latz, M.D., M.S. is an Integrative Psychiatrist, weaving together wisdom from Western medicine and alternative approaches to transforming anxiety, depression and emotional trauma. In addition to her Doctorates in Medicine, Metaphysics and Holistic Healing, she holds a Masters degree in Immunology/Cell Biology, certifications in Medical Qigong, Qigong Healing, Sound Healing, Robert Peng Certified Teacher Training and Mind-Body Medicine. Tracy has served on the clinical associate faculty of the Wake Forest University Medical School Department of Psychiatry and has a private Integrative Psychiatric practice in the region of Charlotte, NC. She has over 25 years of clinical experience in shifting lives.

 

Marion Ross, Ph.D. has practical experience in counseling, business and marketing. She holds doctorates in Holistic Healing, Metaphysics, and Transpersonal Psychology as well as certifications in Medical Qigong, Qigong Healing, Robert Peng Certified Teacher Training, Energy Medicine, Mind Body Medicine and Sound Healing. Marion has successful practices in Paris, France and New York City. Dr.’s Latz and Ross have written 5 books (most recent in 2017 is “Bye-Bye Self-Sabotage” – now translated into French) and have taught classes in personal and professional transformation since 2000.
