As yoga enthusiasts, many of us are on the lookout for a yoga course that can help us explore the depths of yoga – from philosophy to practice. Sri Sri Yoga Deep Dive Retreat gives us an opportunity to go deeper into the realm of yoga and understand what it means to live like a yogi!
You will move beyond the confines of the yoga mat to invigorate and heal your body, relax your mind and nourish your soul. You will learn how to bring principles of yoga into every moment of your life, bringing you total health and freedom.
Advanced yoga does not have to necessarily mean difficult yoga. In this yoga retreat, you will get a thorough exploration of yoga postures, ancient yogic knowledge, breathing and meditation in a gentle yet profound, celebratory and joyful retreat setting.
In Sri Sri Yoga Deep Dive Retreat you will:

  • Detox holistically through yogic kriyas like Shankh Prakshalin (digestive cleanse) and Jalaneti (nasal cleanse)
  • Strengthen your body and heal chronic pains through a subtle strengthening and healing contractions (SSAHC)
  • Discover age-defying asanas, rejuvenating pranayamas and profound meditations
  • Learn the foundational principles of yoga and practical knowledge based on yogic wisdom
  • Experience a genuine sense of internal tranquility, vitality, mental clarity and peace
  • Nourish the body and mind with the delicious and nutritious sattvic food

Prerequisites: 
Happiness Program (previously known as Art of Living Course) or Yesplus course

Participation requires attending all sessions. If you miss a session, you will not be able to continue with the Program without a discussion with the instructor. No refunds will be provided.

Presenters

Sejal Shah

Sejal has been on the path of yoga and meditation for about 20 years. Having a strong foundation for understanding health, in terms of mind-body-soul state with her training in Homeopathy, Yoga and Ayurveda, she teaches people of all walks of life about healthy living, how to effectively manage their mind and emotions, eliminate stress, live in harmony amid diversity and bring greater peace and joy into their lives. She has facilitated more than 15,000 hours of programs in mind-body wellness. She is the Founder & Director of Wellness and Life Style Excellence Center and a member of Yoga Academic Council at Sri Sri University, India. She writes regularly on yoga and healthy living in various print and digital media like Huffington PostYOGANONYMOUS, etc.  She facilitates the Happiness Program, Art of Living Yoga Retreats, Art of Living Yoga Teachers Training Program, Mind & Meditation Seminars and also Living Light Weight Loss program, Yoga and Marma Sessions at the Shankara Ayurveda Spa. Her gentle, loving, and authentic approach brings profoundness in her teaching.

For all other retreats, please be sure to check the registration page specific to that retreat.

To encourage a healthy environment we ask that guest to not consume alcohol or meat in our public spaces, however guests may enjoy these items in their rooms. That being said our property is always smoke-free.

Yes, we ask that guests with food allergies simply inform us so we can communicate those needs to our chef. Typically we label potential allergens such as gluten, dairy and nuts.
