Yoga Retreat in Boone

Daily Practices for Finding Inherent Wisdom

Often, we seek outside ourselves for a kind of verification – some kind of knowing or a sense of deep love – when these qualities are always already present within us. From this retreat you’ll take away skills to:

• Re-cognize the over-zealous chattering mind & find quiet
• Return to the body as home base
• Create yourself as THE safe place in which you live
• Breathe & move minute to minute with ease and gratitude
• Operate from a sense of curiosity & wonder
• Accept & allow life to unfold – just as it is
• Reduce personal suffering

Join us to practice and learn simple skills for creating ease & awareness in your everyday experiences.
