Wendy is a healer, transformational leader, yoga teacher and licensed acupuncturist. Wendy has been leading groups for over 15 years. She is an open hearted yoga instructor who is currently studying at Kripalu to obtain her 500 hour yoga certification. Brooks Haislip RYT500
Brooks has been teaching yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices for over 20 years, has practiced intuitive healing and spiritual mentoring for over 10 years, and is a Breathwork Wellness Educator. She has received her Professional Certificate from UC, Berkeley for The Power of Awareness Mindfulness Training and has completed several courses through Mindful Schools. She is a Certified Guide for The Red Boot Way, an organization focused on teaching intentional communication. She has created “Inspired Mindfulness” and “Awakened Leadership” as her pathways in supporting others to “wake up, slow down and connect” to his/her most vibrant life. Brooks has most recently been Brave Leader Recognized by Brene Brown and is loving the integration of this into her practice. More
For the past 20 years, Kathleen has been a dynamic, passionate, and openhearted educator and workshop/retreat facilitator. As a transformational coach, she draws from the Presence-Based Coaching model. This approach is based on leading edge neuroscience, mindfulness and presence practices, somatics, as well as adult development and leadership theory.
