Overview

A transformational work:life integration retreat created by women for women to unplug, recharge, and discover the flow state of living an integrated life.

Blending expertise from east and west we take a holistic approach to understanding how to live from a place of integration that is designed to give you the tools you need to live a more fulfilling life.

We will focus on work:life integration, creativity, leadership, self-care, yoga and mindfulness, wellness, goal-setting, time in nature, and meditation. The result? You will take home a working model of integration – a Life Transformation Plan and an Insights to Action framework, new connections, a feeling of being refreshed and re-energized and equipped with tools and resources to lead a fulfilling life.

Note: You are encouraged to dress in layers for outdoor activities, please bring exercise wear and hiking shoes if you choose to take part in the yoga and guided nature activities.

About the Teachers

Jennifer Connelly

Jennifer serves as CEO of Triple W Forum and leads retreats, workshops and coaching by drawing on insights and resources from her years of business consulting, yoga teaching, studies on grief, and personality assessment training.

Finding herself living out Richard Bach’s words, “We teach best what we most need to learn,” Jennifer serves both in the student and facilitator roles of discovering the powerful secrets of work:life integration. Jennifer believes in the transformative power of learning, community, and a commitment to self-care and wellness. Lisa Jemison

Lisa JemisonLisa works as a place-maker, community builder and partnership strategist in Research Triangle Park, one of the largest scientific research parks in the world. Her role utilizes professional development, corporate wellness, sustainability and social responsibility projects as tools for recruitment and retention of top talent and companies within RTP. Outside of work she is a runner, a mom of three, and a Licensed Facilitator of Danielle Laporte’s Desire Map workshops. She will shortly complete her training as a Strategic Interventionist Life Coach through the renowned Madanes-Robbins Training School. Described by others as “a massively productive free spirit”, Lisa is as invested in accomplishing goals as she is in having Core Desired Feelings during the process. Lisa is endlessly drawn to nature for recreation and repose and she fascinated by wildlife, not just scientifically but also as metaphors and teachers in the human experience. Her favorite poem is The Summer Day by Mary Oliver, which fittingly ends with the line “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”. More

Accommodation

Retreat price varies according to room type selection:

Hotel room – Single $790.90/ Double $660.10 per person. Located on a valley ridge in The Spa, these rooms offer incredible vistas of either the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains or the quiet magic of the forest. Full or King Bed with private bath, television and hotel amenities.

Retreat Rooms – Single $770.70/ Double $601.48/ Triple $565.40 per person. Very simple yet comfortable, these rooms are a great option for those who desire peaceful relaxation accompanied by the music of the forest. Two twin beds per room with private bathroom.
