Find a true connection with yourself and establish what you want out of life.

Enjoy a long weekend dedicated to helping you slow down. Slowing down is necessary for building the momentum that you desire in life and while it may seem counterintuitive, this practice allows you to connect to yourself and gain clarity and direction for what you want out of life. Students will slow down through restorative and meditation classes. Movement will be used on arrival day to relieve the effects of travel and light movement will begin meditations to ignite the experience.
In this session you will:

  • Full immerse yourself in meditation classes.
  • Become fully engaged in group discussions.
  • Establish a practice of journaling while setting life goals.
  • Practice restorative yoga and Yoga Stability movement to awaken organ function.
  • Gain a preliminary understanding of Taoism philosophy through Meredith’s studies.
  • Go home with a new sense of direction and the tools to stay on track because of a rewiring of your personal habits and belief systems.
 

About the Teacher

Meredith Cameron travels the world teaching yoga and is the founder of Yoga Stability®. Yoga Stability® is an awakening of familiar yoga poses through cultivating awareness around personal habits. The practice gives students a way of learning to find personal bone structure to ignite organs and up the ante on overall health and life. Through her travels she teaches workshops, retreats, and intensives to give students the tools to be well-informed individuals. Meredith is influenced by her own teachers: Melissa French, Abbie Gavin, Shannon Paige, and Elena Brower, she also explores the teaching of Taoism under the Dantao Dragon Gate with German Sanmateu. Meredith was named one of the top 15 internationally-tiered yoga teachers to study with ASAP by Yoga Journal.
