Holly Hale, BA, LMT, AHC, completed her bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2007. Her journey of better understanding the mind ignited her curiosity to better understand the mind-body connection which led to Holly becoming a licensed massage therapist from Cortiva Institute—Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy. In order to better understand how the mind and body can be in better sync with nature, Holly pursued her Ayurveda Health Counselor Certification from Kripalu School of Ayurveda. Holly has studied Ayurveda under Dr. Rosy Mann, Dr. Anusha Sehgal, Dr. Claudia Welch, Dr. Scott Blossom, Dr. John Douillard, Margrit Mikulis ND, Larissa Hall Carlson, and Kate O’Donnell. Holly’s mission is to help others bring the body and mind back into rhythm with nature through Ayurveda.
