Marybeth Grinnan, SoulShine Studios co-owner, First Degree Nia Black Belt, Nia Moving to Heal, Nia MOVE it, is a dreamer, a manifester, healer, and entrepreneur.
She has completed hundreds of hours of Nia training which provided valuable tools and knowledge, and her twenty years of living Nia as a lifestyle practice has given her deep insight into her truth and her path. Nia inspires her to embody authenticity by offering a safe space to engage with the whole self: body, mind and spirit. She loves to share this in her classes. Marybeth lights up when she sees people come home to their bodies and allow themselves to dream bigger, to live brighter, and to step into the life they desire. Teaching this practice is her life’s work. Through it, she has e learned to live with TONS more joy, connection and belonging.
