Radhika Prabhu has taught breathwork, yoga, and meditation for more than 22 years, unlocking peace and inner joy for countless people. Her study of these techniques started as a child. She attended meditation courses with her parents—both physicians—who taught her the critical link between mental fitness and overall health and well-being.
As an instructor, Radhika has had an opportunity to connect with people of all backgrounds, traditions, and worldviews, a reminder of the unifying quest by all people to find peace, love, and joy in their lives. She strives to connect her students with the feeling of ease, unconditional love, and depth in practice she received from her teachers. Radhika loves American history, global affairs, and escaping to the beach whenever she can. A proud Baltimore native, she has focused her career on championing inclusive economic growth and development. She graduated from Boston College with an Honors degree in Political Science and Georgetown University with a Master of Science in Foreign Service.
