Emma Seppälä, PhD, is a best-selling author, Yale lecturer, and internationally recognized speaker whose work focuses on happiness, emotional well-being, and the power of human connection. Blending scientific research with practical wisdom, she has taught and consulted for organizations around the world and is the author of The Happiness Track and Sovereign.

Sejal Shah

Sejal Shah, E-RYT 500, is a teacher trainer at the Sri Sri School of Yoga who blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern approaches to mind-body wellness. With decades of experience in yoga, meditation, and holistic healing, she guides students toward greater balance, self-awareness, and transformation both on and off the mat.
