Think of yourself as if you were a plant. Plants need nutrients, they need soil, sunshine, and water. If any of those things are missing, they can’t thrive. Humans are the same. Unfortunately, the Standard American Diet is missing most of the important nutrients we require to feel healthy and vital.


Luckily, there’s a simple solution. Eat more fresh, organic, local produce whenever possible. Avoid sugar and processed foods that wreak havoc on your mood long term. Drink more water and eliminate soda, juice, and alcohol. Experiment with this simple lifestyle shift for 1-week and I promise you’ll feel happier.

Sounds a little too good to be true doesn’t it? But it’s not. No matter where you go, you’ll always have access to your breath—in many ancient traditions, the breath is referred to as life force energy.
