Sri Sri Yoga Level 2 is an opportunity to dive deep into the depths of yoga and fully experience what it is to live like a yogi. In Sri Sri Yoga Level 2 course you will:

  • Discover age-defying Yogasanas, powerful Pranayamas (breathing techniques) and profound meditations
  • Strengthen and tone your muscles through a Subtle Strengthening and Healing Contractions (SSaHC) restoring the balance and harmony at physical and Pranic levels decreasing chronic pains.
  • Learn practical knowledge based on Yogic wisdom and study the foundational principles of Yoga.
  • Experience a genuine sense of internal tranquility, transformation, and peace.
  • Experience mental clarity and radiate like a crystal with the body feeling strong, agile and filled with vitality.
  • Nourish the body and mind with the delicious and nutritious Ayurvedic food.
Please note, if you are interested in becoming a Sri Sri Yoga teacher, completion of the Sri Sri Yoga Level 2 course is a pre-requisite.
 

Pre requisites:

Happiness Program (previously known as Art of Living Course) or Yesplus course.

About the teacher

Dr. Bharti Verma, MA, MD, MCFP

Bharti is the President of Duffus Health Centre and is passionate about promoting preventive health and patient education.

As a senior teacher with the Foundation, Bharti teaches advanced level yoga and meditation programs internationally. She is an avid yoga practitioner and instructor with 500 h E-RYT Yoga Alliance certification. She brings yoga to her clinical practice and provides yoga and meditation instruction to many of her patients on a weekly basis.

She is a highly respected Art of Living Stress Management Instructor, Yoga Therapist, Ayurvedic Health Counselor and a Licensed Massage Therapist.
