Ayurveda Recipes: CCF Tea (Cumin, Coriander, and Fennel)

1 tsp. cumin seed⁠
1 tsp. coriander seed⁠
1 tsp. fennel seed⁠
16 Oz water⁠
Lemon or lime⁠

Bring seeds to a boil in a small pot. Turn down heat down to low, simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Strain into a mug with juice of half a lemon or lime.⁠
